Boulware Springs Field Day

Join us as we are partnering with Boulware Springs Charter School for an afternoon of games, activities, and a BBQ. Boulware is elementary school that City Church has been partnering to serve on an ongoing basis.

We will need help providing games and activities and then facilitate the activities once the kids arrive. We also need a couple people to coordinate the food that people will bring for the BBQ. We will be planning on about 50 people to attend this event.

If you are bringing an activity or sport equipment, please arrive at 10:30 AM to help us set up, otherwise please arrive at 11:00 AM.

We need at least 10 volunteers to help manage activities, and we want to provide at least 5 activities (one of them being a Kickball game).
